Get ready for a wonderful day with gentle exercise in TQM’s beautiful Grandmother’s Flower Garden!  Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat if you have one.  Lead by Jenny Janda or Doady Rogers ($10.00 for a one-hour class / special events may dictate other fees.)
