Volunteer
Volunteers are critically important to every museum, and the Texas Quilt Museum is no exception! You do not need to be a quilter, because there are many different ways to help. Through the year, Museum volunteers and docents assist with the following:
★ “White glove duty” to protect the quilts and turn them for viewing by visitors
★ Chat with visitors, answer questions, and guide tours through exhibits
★ Welcome guests and take admissions
★ Help hang exhibitions
★ And there are many more opportunities for you to be a part of the excitement at
the Museum!
If you’d like to be involved (and get to see exhibits first!) email projects@TexasQuiltMuseum.org with your name, contact information, and how much time you might have to volunteer. We’ll be in touch!
