Join Us On December 1st for Schmeckenfest!

The Holiday Happenings at the Texas Quilt Museum promise great things! Beginning with something exciting…our building (formerly known as The Reichert Building) is featured on the coveted “Tasting Stein” for the 2022 Schmeckenfest (Wassail-tasting Festival)!

This annual Christmas festival is celebrated in our Historic Town Square and typically greets over 1,500 visitors! Capping it off, we will have a “FREE Night at the Museum” that evening. Boasting festive lighting in Grandmother's Flower Garden and the Texas Quilt Museum in Holiday dress!

We will also feature live, German Christmas music, played on accordion by Jim Holmes. This merry event is on Thursday, December 1 from 5–8 pm. We hope you will join us for an evening great fun! Also..the commemorative Tasting Steins are here!...
